Timberwood Landing is housing development with many partners. Between Realtors, Builders, Mortgage lenders, and Insurance Agents, it can be difficult to get everyone to agree on anything. Mitch Heinz was hired to take the task of graphically representing everyone in Timberwood's marketing efforts. First designing a marketing folder package, then continuing that graphic theme through the signs, billboards, and ads, Mitch Heinz designed materials that each entity is proud to have represent them.
